How do I release the buttons to raise and lower the front of the basket on my Dogger? They seem to be stuck.

Sometimes during shipping the buttons that allow you to raise the front of the basket can get stuck. The easiest way to release them is to completely fold your Dogger to take pressure off the buttons, Then press each button in firmly using both your thumbs until you feel each button release. Once released you can open your Dogger back up and the buttons should now operate normally allowing you to press them in to lift the front of the basket so it is level with the sides and back of the basket.
